Yes. You pay one fixed monthly (or annual) plan fee, based on how much subscription revenue you make, and Conscription takes no percentage of any order. Payments are processed by Shopify exactly as your other orders are.

Uninstalling marks your shop inactive and automatically deletes or anonymises the data the app holds, keeping only a minimal record.
