2. Cookies on this website
conscription.co.uk is a largely static marketing and information site. We would like to use Google Analytics to measure page views and basic site usage so we can improve the website, and we ask you first: on your first visit a banner offers Allow analytics or No thanks, and Google Analytics is neither loaded nor given any data unless you allow it. Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again; that record is the only thing stored if you decline. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell analytics data.
3. Cookies within the Shopify app
When you use the Conscription app inside your Shopify admin, or when your customers use the subscription portal, strictly necessary cookies are used to maintain a secure, authenticated session and to operate the embedded app and app-proxy portal. These are essential — without them, the app cannot keep you signed in or function correctly. They do not track you across other websites.
4. Third-party platforms
The app runs on Shopify, and your store and checkout are operated by Shopify. Shopify sets its own cookies governed by Shopify’s cookie policy. Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies on this website. We don't control cookies set by Shopify, your store theme, or other apps you install.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your analytics answer at any time using the button below, which reopens the banner; declining also deletes any analytics cookies a previous acceptance had set. You can additionally control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the marketing website from loading. Blocking strictly necessary Shopify or app cookies may stop the app or portal from working.

We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
