Billing questions

How the fee works.

Your band is based on your monthly subscription revenue or active subscriber count — whichever threshold you cross first. As you grow, you move up a band; the app never charges a percentage of any individual order.

Through Shopify App Pricing, in GBP, on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. You approve the plan inside your Shopify admin, and it appears on your regular Shopify invoice.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the app's billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; see our Terms of Service for how active subscriptions are handled on cancellation.

Paid public plans start with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan lets you run real subscriptions at no cost within its limits, and development stores can use the full app for free.
